Once we have received your pet’s medication request it will be reviewed by one of our vets and we will be in contact shortly to let you know if you need an appointment first or if it is available for collection.

If your pet has not been seen by one of our vets within the last 6 months it is highly likely that we will need to see your pet. Prescriptions can take up to 48 hours to get ready so if you need it more urgently please give the clinic a call on 02890 184317.
